- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff milling about at the back whilst people wait to be served at the front. Waiting for your prescription 10 minutes only for them to say they haven't got it in. Same thing next time and the next. I've given up on them and now go to Sainsburys where you are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
